Key Responsibilities

Operations Support:
Provide administrative support to ensure daily operations run efficiently. Assist with coordinating activities, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate operational information.

Scheduling and Coordination:
Support planning, scheduling, and communication between teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain records, update databases, prepare reports, and ensure operational documents are accurate and organised.

Customer and Team Communication:
Handle emails, calls, and general enquiries professionally while supporting effective communication across the business.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, increase efficiency, and support better ways of working.

General Administration:
Assist with invoices, paperwork, spreadsheets, data entry, and other business administration activities as required.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
Previous experience in administration, operations support, office coordination, customer service administration, or a similar role is preferred.

Organisation Skills:
You are highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working with deadlines.

Attention to Detail:
You take pride in accuracy and ensure information, records, and documentation are maintained correctly.

Communication Skills:
You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, customers, and external contacts.

Technical Skills:
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with business systems or databases is an advantage.

Mindset:
You are proactive, dependable, and enjoy finding practical solutions. You are someone who takes ownership and wants to contribute to a successful team.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
