Lettings / Estate Agency Administrator

Join the Team at Belvoir Elgin

Belvoir Elgin is looking for an organised, reliable and personable Administrator with previous lettings or estate agency experience to join our busy and friendly office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced property environment, dealing with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will become part of a well-established and respected local property business with a strong reputation for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally - Supporting the lettings and sales teams with administration - Uploading and maintaining property listings - Arranging viewings and appointments - Preparing tenancy paperwork and property files - Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and solicitors - Managing compliance documents and keeping records up to date - General office administration and customer service duties

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency or property administration - Strong organisational and communication skills - Good attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and manage workloads efficiently - Confident using Microsoft Office and property software systems - Professional and friendly manner - Full driving licence preferred but not essential
