Company Overview

Silbury Golf 2020 Ltd. manages Collingtree Park Golf Club, a premier destination dedicated to providing exceptional golfing and hospitality services. Our mission is to deliver memorable experiences that combine leisure, sport, and fine dining in a welcoming environment.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Temporary Contract at our prestigious golf club in Northampton. The role will run from August 2026 to January 2028.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with the day-to-day preparation, maintenance and presentation of the golf course.

· Carry out mowing, strimming, edging, bunker maintenance and general course set-up.

· Support the care of greens, tees, fairways, roughs and surrounding landscaped areas.

· Operate and maintain greenkeeping equipment and machinery safely, where trained to do so.

· Help with seasonal renovation, improvement and repair work across the course.

· Follow health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

· Work as part of a small team to deliver consistently high standards for members, visitors and guests.

About You

· Previous greenkeeping, grounds maintenance, horticulture or landscaping experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person.

· You will be dependable, hardworking and able to work well outdoors in all seasons.

· You will have good attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work.

· You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

· A flexible approach to early starts, weekends and occasional bank holidays is desirable.

· A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
