Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor environments. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate landscaping projects, and ensure quality standards are met. Your leadership will inspire team members to work efficiently, safely, and with a keen eye for horticultural excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful, functional landscapes while fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure timely completion of projects, including planting, lawn maintenance, pruning, and installation tasks.
Oversee the use and maintenance of power tools, hand tools, excavators, irrigation systems, and other equipment to guarantee safety and efficiency.
Assign daily tasks based on project priorities and team skills, providing clear instructions and support.
Monitor landscape maintenance activities to uphold quality standards and client specifications.
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols across all job sites.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to plan project timelines and resource allocation.
Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment maintenance, and team performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related construction fields with a strong understanding and landscapes
Mechanical knowledge of power tools, irrigation systems, excavators, and other landscaping equipment.
Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks.
Prior construction experience is highly desirable to manage complex projects effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
Knowledge of safety standards related to landscaping equipment operation and site management.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution.
