Operations & Procurement Coordinator

Location: Belper, Derbyshire
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We’re looking for an organised, motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Operations & Procurement Coordinator.

This isn’t your typical office role. You’ll be at the centre of a fast-growing business, supporting our facilities management and trade supply operations while working closely with customers, suppliers and engineers. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and play an important part in the continued growth of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business by:

Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
Scheduling engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
Processing customer orders received via our website, email and telephone.
Managing and updating our online store, including products, pricing and content.
Sourcing products and negotiating the best prices with suppliers.
Raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Processing sales orders, quotations and invoices.
Assisting with customer accounts and credit control.
Maintaining accurate records and helping improve business processes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers and suppliers.
Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
Commercially minded and eager to learn.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.

Experience in administration, procurement, customer service, sales support or e-commerce would be beneficial, but just as important is a positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a growing team.
