ROLE: Compliance Administrator - Part time

HOURS: 20 hours

LOCATION: British Transport Police - Swindon - SN1 1DQ

Mitie are recruiting for a Part-time Compliance Administrator who will be responsible for reviewing maintenance documentation, maintaining compliance records, administering remedial works, and updating compliance systems, and ensuring all certification and statutory documentation is accurately recorded and uploaded within required timescales.

Your main duties will include:

Manage the Compliance mailbox and ensure all correspondence is actioned promptly.
Download and review completed PPM reports from Mosaic on a daily basis.
Maintain accurate records, certificates, reports, and compliance documentation for audit and management review purposes.
Chase outstanding paperwork and documentation to achieve maximum compliance completion rates.
Ensure files are stored correctly within regional and site-specific folders.
Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure all documentation is readily accessible for audits and customer reviews.
Communicate delays, compliance risks, and outstanding actions to relevant stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience maintaining records and documentation.
Competent use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo and Mosaic.
