Full job description

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part time staff basis. This is a varied role combining finance administration with light HR and front of house duties, ideal for someone organised, trustworthy, and happy to take initiative. The role reports to the Finance Manager.

Job Type: Part-time (Hours/Days Negotiable) - Monday Attendance Required

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase invoices
Reconciling purchase statements
Reconciling company credit cards
Processing sales invoices, proformas, and shipping invoices
Tracking HR holiday and absence forms
Answering reception phones and greeting visitors

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience using SAGE accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
A self-starter with a proactive attitude toward spotting tasks that need doing
Basic HR experience is a plus, though not essential
Confident, outgoing, and friendly, with strong integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
Comfortable working unsupervised and managing your own workload
