Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour.

Duties

Manage daily office operations.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Process invoices and assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
Support team members with clerical duties, including typing documents and managing office supplies.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and improve workflow.

Skills

Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
