Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a varied role at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly, supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers receive a professional and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

Inputting and maintaining accurate customer information within our CRM system
Answering incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling and managing customer appointments
Liaising closely with our sales team to ensure appointments and customer information are communicated efficiently
Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Helping to maintain an organised and efficient office environment

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

You will need:

An excellent telephone manner
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using computers and CRM/database systems
The ability to prioritise your workload and manage multiple tasks
A positive, proactive attitude
The ability to work well as part of a team
The ability to thrive in a fun, busy and fast-paced working environment

Previous office administration, customer service or CRM experience would be beneficial, although the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are equally important.

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
