Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager specialising in Residential Lettings & Property to lead our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to attract tenants and landlords, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in project management, analysis, and B2B marketing within the property sector. The ideal applicant will possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills to effectively manage campaigns and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Duties

Develop and deliver the company’s marketing strategy in line with occupancy, tenant-acquisition and landlord-acquisition targets.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns targeting students, working professionals, landlords and property investors.
Manage digital marketing activity across Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO, website content and property-listing platforms.
Improve tenant enquiries, viewing requests, tenancy applications and landlord leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
Monitor local rental-market trends, competitor activity, tenant demand, rental pricing and occupancy performance.
Manage and improve the company website, social media channels, property listings and online reputation.
Create and oversee marketing materials including property adverts, brochures, landlord presentations, social-media content and email campaigns.
Produce regular performance reports for directors covering marketing spend, lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, occupancy levels and return on investment.
Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure campaigns provide measurable commercial results.
Develop seasonal student-accommodation campaigns around university intake periods.
Build relationships with universities, student organisations, local employers, relocation companies, property portals and marketing suppliers.
Manage external agencies, photographers, designers, website developers and advertising providers.
Support the marketing of new residential properties, developments and landlord-management services.
Ensure marketing materials are accurate, professional and consistent with Portland Residential’s brand standards.
Supervise marketing assistants, freelancers or external suppliers where required..

Pay: £51,000.00 per year
