We're recruiting a Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's team in Market Drayton. Whether you've recently graduated or are looking for your first professional sales role, this position will provide the foundation, support, and development needed to build a successful long-term career within a thriving commercial environment.

The Opportunity
As a Graduate SDR, you'll be at the forefront of the company's new business activity, introducing solutions to potential clients and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.

You'll learn how to identify prospects, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build strong professional relationships. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience while developing the skills required to progress into more senior positions.

What You'll Be Doing
Identifying New Business Opportunities

Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Managing Leads and Activity

Keep CRM records up to date and accurate
Track conversations and follow-up activity
Maintain a consistent outreach strategy
Support the sales team with market intelligence and prospect information

Learning and Development

Participate in structured training programmes
Receive one-to-one coaching from experienced sales leaders
Develop communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Progress towards managing opportunities independently
