Painter & Decorator – Insurance Repairs

East Midlands | Full-Time | Continuous Work | Fortnightly Pay

Join Northamptonshire's Leading Insurance Repair Contractor

At Ace Property Solutions, we are a trusted insurance repair specialist, delivering high-quality Restoration and Property Repair services across the East Midlands. Operating from our offices in Wellingborough (NN8), we cover several postcodes within approximately a 90-minute radius and are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our growing team.

About the Role

You will be carrying out decorating works on insurance repair projects within occupied residential properties, so maintaining a clean, tidy, and respectful working environment is essential. You will be expected to deliver a high standard of workmanship while representing our company professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling and priming to achieve a high-quality finish.
Apply paint, wallpaper, varnishes and decorative finishes to an exceptional standard.
Complete all aspects of internal and external decorating works.
Carry out colour matching and select suitable materials where required.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring customers' homes are respected and protected.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, colleagues and office staff.
Travel between sites across the East Midlands as required.
Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering first-class workmanship.
Experience working in occupied residential properties is advantageous.
Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently.
Full UK driving licence.
Own van and decorating tools are essential.
