About Us

VST Group is a fast-growing commercial business specialising in lead generation and venue booking across the UK and Ireland.

Our VST Leads division focuses on generating high quality opportunities for a range of clients - opening doors, starting conversations and driving real revenue.

We're building a team of people who don't settle for average and we are looking for a Lead Generator to join us.

The Role

This is not a passive role, you’ll be right at the front of the sales process, creating opportunities and driving momentum.

Your focus will be to:

Identify and research new prospects
Carry out outbound activity across calls, LinkedIn, and email
Engage decision-makers and start meaningful conversations
Generate qualified leads and book appointments
Build and manage your own pipeline (not just work a list)
Keep CRM fully up to date with accurate notes and activity

Strong conversion from contact to opportunity
