Due to the continued growth of our company, we are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Probate department.

Your Job

NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED

Fidelis Legal Services are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing probate department at our Head Office in Lincoln. This is a full-time position, typically working Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times.

You will assist with all aspects of the probate process including checking for clerical errors and dealing with external Government departments to ensure a smooth process for our clients.

With continuous training and support, this role has genuine opportunity to learn industry knowledge and progress in the team.

Key Responsibilities

· Checking for clerical errors

· Validation of documents

· Posting out documents

· Dealing with external government departments

· Updating files and filing them away

Job Requirements

· Able to access a database

· Great phone etiquette

· Great organisation skills

· A genuine desire to learn and help people
