What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
- Support match nights, social events and club activities
- Serve customers throughout our venue whether on reception, bar area or pitch- side
- Keep the venue safe, clean and well- organised
- Help run leagues and pith bookings smoothly
- Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer service
What You Bring to the Squad:
- A people- person with great communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable working on your feet
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference
- Previous experience in customer service – hospitality, leisure or sport is great – but not essential
- And let’s face it — you’ve got a passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious.
