About the Role
Glasgow has a strong creative, media and digital business community supported by a growing network of agencies, production companies and technology organisations. At Estado Visual Creative Studio, we deliver branding, digital content, audiovisual production and integrated marketing projects for clients across different sectors.
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can take ownership of campaigns from initial briefing through delivery and final evaluation. You will work closely with designers, content specialists, video producers, digital marketers, suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to an agreed standard.
This role is suited to an experienced marketing professional who can manage several campaigns at the same time while maintaining clear communication and strong attention to detail. You will organise resources, manage risks and help creative teams turn client objectives into effective marketing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop clear project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones and expected outcomes.
- Campaign Delivery: Coordinate digital, content, branding, social media, video and integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Client Management: Act as a primary contact for assigned clients and provide clear updates on progress, decisions, risks and delivery requirements.
- Creative Coordination: Work with designers, copywriters, video producers and digital specialists to keep work aligned with the approved brief.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenditure, supplier costs and resource use against agreed budgets.
- Schedule Management: Maintain delivery schedules and ensure that tasks, reviews, approvals and launch dates remain on track.
- Brief Development: Translate client objectives into clear creative and production briefs for internal teams and external partners.
- Quality Control: Review campaign materials for consistency, accuracy and alignment with client requirements before release.
- Supplier Management: Coordinate photographers, printers, production companies, freelancers and other external service providers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential delays, scope changes and resource constraints and recommend practical solutions.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare project updates and post campaign reports covering delivery, results, lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication between clients, internal teams, suppliers and senior colleagues.
- Process Improvement: Review project workflows and introduce practical changes that improve efficiency, quality and collaboration.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, creative production, campaign management or project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related discipline.
- Project Management: Strong experience managing campaigns, budgets, timelines, approvals and multiple stakeholders.
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, content production, branding, social media and campaign measurement.
- Client Services: Ability to manage professional client relationships and communicate clearly throughout the project lifecycle.
- Creative Collaboration: Experience working with designers, writers, producers and digital specialists in a fast paced environment.
- Commercial Awareness: Ability to manage project costs, supplier quotations and budget performance.
- Organisation: Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage several active projects at the same time.
- Problem Solving: Ability to respond calmly to changing requirements, delivery risks and unexpected production issues.
- Communication: Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to explain project information clearly.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, collaboration platforms and marketing reporting tools.
- Professional Approach: A dependable, organised and quality focused approach to client work, deadlines and confidential information.
Pay: £48,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
