Full job description

Job Title: Customer Services Advisor

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday
9.00am – 5.00pm with a 30-minute break

Holidays: 25 Annual Holidays + 3 x Bank Holidays (New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day)

Salary: £27,000

Job Description: As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be a friendly, organised and customer-focused person who will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and issues, helping to resolve matters efficiently while maintaining the high standard of customer care Turner Price is renowned for.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
Manage customer complaints and issues, working with internal teams to reach effective resolutions.
Support the Field Sales Team with administrative tasks and customer information.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems as required.
Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues across the business

Essential Candidate Skills / Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.
Confidence using CRM systems and general computer applications
A calm, helpful and positive approach when handling enquiries or complaints.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong office 365 skills.
