The opportunity

Brenwood Motor Company is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician and qualified MOT Tester to join our established workshop team in Kirkcaldy.We are a family-run independent dealership and Approved Suzuki Service Centre. For more than 52 years, we have built our reputation by providing honest advice, high-quality workmanship and dependable service to motorists across Fife.This is a stable, long-term position within a friendly and professional working environment. You will be joining a close-knit team where your skills, experience and contribution will be genuinely valued.

Main responsibilities

Carrying out MOT tests to DVSA standards
Servicing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Completing mechanical and electrical repairs
Preparing vehicles to a consistently high standard
Accurately recording completed work
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Working as part of the wider Brenwood sales and aftersales team

Essential requirements

Current MOT Tester qualification
Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician
Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
Ability to work accurately and to a high standard
Reliable and professional approach
Full UK driving licence
