You’ll help shape clinical standards, support and develop colleagues and drive continuous improvement across both practices, with the support of a wider veterinary network behind you.
As Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll be a senior clinical presence across both practices, combining hands-on veterinary work with responsibility for clinical standards, governance and the development of your colleagues.
You’ll work closely with the Practice Managers and wider leadership team to support the clinical direction of both practices, while remaining an active member of the veterinary team and continuing to develop your own clinical interests.

- 50/50 split between Fair City and Crieff Vets
- Flexible working patterns and part-time applications considered for the right candidate
- Participation in a shared weekend and out-of-hours rota, with further details available on enquiry

Across the practices, you’ll have access to:
- Laparoscopic surgical equipment
