Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for innovation, technology, and delivering high-quality care services? We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Technology Enabled Care Service (TECS), ensuring people can live safely, independently, and with confidence in their own homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a 24/7 Technology Enabled Care and Response Service, including the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), responder services, community alarms, telecare services and the coordination of Council Out of Hours enquiries. You will drive innovation, service improvement and digital transformation, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services that support people to live safely and independently at home.

The successful candidate will have significant management experience within a Care at Home, Technology Enabled Care, health, or social care setting, together with strong leadership, partnership working, and change management skills. You will be committed to innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering positive outcomes for people who use our services.

Experience of managing Technology Enabled Care services or Care at Home service,
Experience of implementing Technology Enabled Care, digital health, or assistive technology solutions.

Can manage performance, quality, risk and regulatory compliance.
Uses data and insight to inform decision-making and service planning.

Can manage budgets and resources effectively.
