Job Description

We are looking for a Lettings negotiator in our successful Lancaster Branch Hub.

We are ideally looking for people with sales or industry knowledge, however we will consider those looking to take the next step in their career if they can demonstrate they are ready to be part of an enthusiastic target driven team, working towards a common goal.

Responsibilities

As a lettings Negotiator, your primary responsibilities will include

Securing Rental Property Market Appraisals: Take charge of scheduling and coordinating property market appraisals.

Register tenants: Matching them to available properties. liaise between Landlord & Tenant. Carry out accompanied viewings

Product Recommendations: Provide valuable guidance by recommending additional services, including mortgage solutions and conveyancing services, to enhance the overall client experience.

1. Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication.

2. Proven Team-Focused Behaviour: Showcase a track record of being a team player, emphasizing collaboration and contributing positively to a collective goal.

Working Week - Monday- Friday With Alternate Saturdays
