We're now looking for a number of Power Distribution Engineers to join our growing team.
Are you a skilled and safety-conscious electrical engineer with a passion for medium voltage (MV) systems? Eaton is seeking a number of EMEA Power Distribution Lead Engineers to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality installation and maintenance services across EMEA.
In this role, you’ll be the face of Eaton for our customers leading installation projects and oversee 3rd party providers , supporting fellow engineers, and ensuring our MV equipment operates at peak performance. If you thrive in a hands-on, customer-facing environment and have a strong technical background, we want to hear from you.
- Lead installation and perform maintenance & commissioning,
- Testing and fault finding of Eaton-manufactured MV and HV equipment
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
- Support and mentor other service engineers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
- Collaborate with project management to meet delivery targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Higher Diploma or a Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
- Experience in Power Distribution testing and commissioning
- Must be able to test and commission large Medium Voltage to High Voltage installations
- Ability to perform protection relay programming
- Strong IT and computer literacy with attention to detail
- Ability to respond to breakdowns and drive resolution
- Leadership skills and a desire to coach and develop others
- Flexibility to travel and stay away as needed across EMEA region
