Full job description

Fixed term/Secondment opportunity for 1 year to improve service delivery.

Secondment Opportunity Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.

An exciting position has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake the role of PA/Secretary

It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, being able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team. You will have relevant secretarial experience with a working knowledge of IT applications, including databases, along with a good knowledge of office procedures. You should have good keyboarding skills and able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within a timescale. Very good organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work are also essential.
