We’re on the lookout for a passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Sample Shopping Assistant to join our Sampling department. In this role, you’ll be a key support for our Buying and Sampling teams, shopping for products that will be used for evaluation and decision-making.

Your New Role

Shop to exacting standards, selecting items carefully and ensuring everything is ready for use on time
Maintain a highly organised, efficient workflow so sample preparation can stay smooth and on track
Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure samples are prepared and stored correctly

About You

Track record that demonstrates punctuality, dependability and integrity
Retail/Hospitality experience
A genuine passion for food and attention to detail
The ability to work independently at pace, and with an initiative to thrive in a hands-on environment
Strong communication skills and confidence to engage with colleagues across all levels
A team-orientated mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
Full UK Driving Licence
Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams

Salary from £26,835 rising to £32,470 (pro rata)
18 month fixed term contract
Monday to Wednesday, 7:30am to 3:30pm
