Trainee Lettings Co-Ordinator Rolls

Trainee Lettings Co-Ordinator: Your opportunity to join us

We’re looking for a confident coordinator to help make a positive impact at one of our successful Lettings Agency teams in the Leamington Spa Area. Applicants must have a full clean driving license and own car.

Trainee Lettings Co-Ordinator: What this entails

Ultimately, your job is to be the first point-of-call for our Lettings customers; both our Landlords and Tenants. Once a let has been agreed, you will be responsible for ensuring they move in - collating safety certificates, chasing references, organizing any works and carrying out property visits and viewings with potential applicants.

You'll be based from one of our local branches, offering expert advice about the lettings process, local market conditions and showcasing the wider Countrywide Group Services, as a one stop shop for the Landlord (Part Exchange, Financial Services and Conveyancing etc.). You’ll also be a key in the coordination of everything to support our Tenancies; arranging rent payments, processing applications and everything in between.

Trainee Co-Ordinator: Our ideal new starter?

You carry a passion for property – with Letting Agent experience as a bonus!
You strive to provide excellent customer service
You find it easy to organise, plan and problem-solve
You are able to credibly engage and influence because you understand the routes to market for our Landlord customers
You are thorough and precise in what you do; clearly communicating with everyone around you at all stages of a deal
You have a full clean driving license and your own car
You are fine with committing to weekend time

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs and expand outreach efforts
Strong attention to detail in managing documentation, schedules, and compliance requirements
Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
