HOPECFI is a newy established provider of specialised care and support services for children with diverse needs. We are dedicated to promoting the health, well-being, and development of children through personalised and comprehensive therapy programs.

Job Title: Children's Physiotherapist

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Children's Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy and a commitment to providing high-quality care to children of all ages. As a Children's Physiotherapist, you will work closely with children and their families to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions affecting movement and physical development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of children's physical abilities, including movement, strength, coordination, and balance.
Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and the child's family. Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, motor function, and overall physical well-being.
Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and activities to address specific goals and objectives outlined in the treatment plan. Educate children and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support ongoing progress and development. Monitor and evaluate progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and educators, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each child. Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in paediatric physiotherapy through professional development activities and continuing education.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Current licensure or registration as a physiotherapist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in paediatric physiotherapy, preferably in a clinical or community setting. Strong knowledge of child development, anatomy, and physiology. Experience working with children with a wide range of conditions and diagnoses, such as cerebral palsy, developmental delay, genetic disorders, and orthopaedic injuries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. Commitment to professional growth and development, including participation in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
