About the Role

We're looking for a creative individual with excellent writing skills and a natural eye for visual storytelling to take ownership of O&3's content strategy and establish us as a thought leader in the natural ingredients industry. We need someone who can write with authority on industry trends, ingredient sourcing and formulation topics, and who can bring that content to life visually across everything from social posts to reports and adverts.

O&3 is expanding into new markets and industries, so you'll need genuine curiosity about natural ingredients and the sourcing stories behind them, plus the confidence to write for a B2B audience of formulators, buyers and industry professionals.

Your Duties Will Include

· Owning and delivering O&3's content strategy, working closely with the Head of Marketing to align content with wider business and commercial goals.

· Writing authoritative, well-researched content on industry trends, ingredient sourcing and market developments that positions O&3 as a thought leader.

· Bringing content to life visually – creating graphics, layouts and imagery for adverts, reports, presentations and other marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

· Planning, creating and publishing content across digital channels, including the website, blogs, email campaigns, social media and B2B-focused platforms such as LinkedIn.

· Creating and scheduling social media content across O&3's channels, with a focus on B2B engagement (LinkedIn in particular).

· Creating and managing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

· Developing and maintaining website content using WordPress.

· Using AI tools to support and accelerate the writing process - research, drafting, structuring, while ensuring all final content reflects genuine expertise, a distinct voice and editorial judgement rather than being AI-generated wholesale.

· Identifying and pitching content opportunities tied to industry trends, new market entry and sourcing stories.

· Monitoring performance data across channels, testing and optimising content, messaging and formats accordingly.

· Optimising content for both traditional SEO and emerging AI search behaviours, structuring content so it reads well for LLMs as well as humans (clear structure, direct answers, well-organised information).

· Contributing to the broader marketing strategy as O&3 enters new markets and industries.

About You

· A creative individual first and foremost – strong writing skills paired with a genuine eye for design, layout and visual storytelling.

· Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, design or a related field, ideally including B2B content (not essential, but a strong plus).

· Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write with authority and credibility on technical or industry subject matter.

· A creative eye for design and visual storytelling, with experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools, and the ability to work within brand guidelines.

· Working knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp and social media management/scheduling tools.

· A genuine passion for natural ingredients.

· Curious, self-motivated and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.

· Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple content workstreams to deadline.

· Comfortable using AI tools to support writing and research, while maintaining a strong personal editorial standard - you know the difference between AI-assisted and AI-written, and it shows in your work.

Desirable Skills

· Experience writing for a B2B audience, particularly in ingredients, FMCG, manufacturing or a related industry.

· Awareness of how AI search and LLMs are changing content discovery, and an interest in structuring content accordingly

· Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
