Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Counter Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing exceptional service at the front counter. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure smooth operations, accurate transactions, and a welcoming environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your communication abilities while supporting daily business functions in a fast-paced setting.

Hours can be flexible. However 1-5pm daily is desirable.

Duties

Greet customers and visitors warmly, establishing a positive first impression
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service requests using clear communication skills
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area to ensure a professional appearance
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service

Experience

Strong communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities preferred
Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not required
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic maintenance knowledge to assist with minor upkeep of the counter area
