We are looking for passionate, relatable individuals to join our team of self-employed mentors, supporting young people in schools and community settings across Leicestershire and beyond.

We are looking for people who have:

Lived experience of overcoming adversity or significant life challenges.
A passion for supporting and inspiring young people.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Reliability, professionalism and integrity.
A commitment to helping young people create positive futures.

What you'll do:

Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions.
Deliver a youth development curriculum.
Build trusted relationships with young people.
Encourage confidence, resilience and positive behaviour change.
Support young people to achieve their goals.
Work alongside schools and partner organisations as part of a professional mentoring team.
