Full job description

IT Fleet Automotive has a dynamic approach to business so we can ensure our clients are our main priority. We offer an exceptional client experience, with staff that are committed to delivering an excellent customer service, a support network to ensure our staff receives the continual support and training required to give a consistent high level of customer service.

We are looking for two Yard Operatives to join our existing team at our busy Loughborough site, where we store and refurbish our customers’ vehicles.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced vehicle environment.

The Role

Keep the yard clean, tidy, and well organised at all times
Safely move vehicles to and from the gatehouse in line with on-site procedures
Liaise with gatehouse staff and inspectors on vehicle progress
Assist with checking and signing documentation for vehicle collections and departures
Ensure documentation matches unique vehicle codes on the FleetPlus system
Organise vehicles efficiently to maximise yard space and capacity
Manage time effectively and prioritise workload to meet business needs
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

Full UK driving licence (essential)
Own vehicle required due to site location
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safety-focused with a strong work ethic
Experience of working in a similar outside environment
