Join the Fisher & Donaldson Family — Shop/café Manager

Location: Cupar, Fife

Hours: 40 per week (5 days over 7)

Salary: £32,177.60 per annum

Step into a leadership role at our long established bakery on the east coast of Scotland. We’re looking for a confident, people‑focused Shop/Café Manager to lead our busy Ceres Road, Cupar store — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and support a friendly, dedicated team
Ensure the shop looks its best and operates efficiently
Deliver outstanding customer service and handle issues with confidence and kindness
Oversee stock levels, hygiene standards, and daily financial reporting
Manage staff training, rotas, and performance reviews
Analyse profitability and communicate insights to the senior team

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, hospitality, or café settings
A natural leader who thrives on responsibility and teamwork
Outstanding communication and organisational skills
Confidence in cash handling, stock control, and performance management
A problem-solver with a focus on service, efficiency, and staff development
Strong computer skills, especially using data for sales forecasting and reporting
