Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. This role is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving up delicious drinks and snacks, and ensuring our customers have a great experience from the moment they walk in. Whether you’re crafting perfect coffee, helping with food prep, or providing top-notch service, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will make a real difference. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or snacks to ensure quick service during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and food prep zones in line with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing excellent service.
Manage cash register transactions accurately while handling payments efficiently.
Support stock management by restocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels promptly.
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is just as important!
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper hygiene standards.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Strong time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks smoothly during busy hours.
Experience in serving or customer service roles helps but isn’t mandatory—friendly attitude is what counts most!
Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly in a lively setting.
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and beverage crafting.
