We're looking for a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our Food & Beverage team and create exceptional drink experiences for our guests.
This is a guest-facing role where you'll combine creativity, product knowledge and outstanding service to craft memorable experiences and bring our bar offering to life.

What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and bar drinks to the highest standards
Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences
Share knowledge and recommendations with guests to enhance their visit
Maintain excellent knowledge of drinks menus, ingredients and seasonal offerings
Support the development and presentation of the bar experience
Ensure the bar is clean, organised and presented to a high standard
Process orders and payments accurately
Support food service within the bar area where applicable
Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and company standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working in a cocktail bar, premium bar or hospitality environment
Passion for cocktails, beverages and guest experience
Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for learning new trends and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage confidently with guests and build rapport
Positive and professional approach
Ability to perform effectively in a busy environment
Team-focused attitude with a commitment to high standards
