Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to join our well renowned sales team ; Charles Bainbridge.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to further develop their career in estate agency & sales. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the sales process, conducting in person viewings, negotiating offers and selling property throughout Canterbury.

Key Responsibilities

Managing buyer enquiries and arranging viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Progressing sales through to completion
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Generating new business opportunities
Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous estate agency sales experience
1 year+ experience in a sales/lettings role.
Sales progression experience essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, organised, and proactive approach
Ability to thrive in a busy and competitive market
Full UK driving licence & use of own carWhat’s on Offer
