Full job description

Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative content with performance marketing. You’ll work across paid advertising, social media, email marketing and customer journeys. Helping a varied range of businesses generate leads, reach new customers and grow.

You’ll develop joined-up digital strategies, connecting advertising platforms, websites, landing pages, tracking systems and follow-up campaigns to create effective marketing funnels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, creating and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads and Meta Ads.
Carrying out keyword research and creating effective paid-search campaigns.
Producing engaging content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns and email marketing.
Managing organic social media accounts and content schedules.
Developing campaign ideas, writing copy and creating visual content.
Building and managing marketing funnels that turn interest into enquiries and sales.
Connecting websites, social accounts, advertising platforms, analytics tools, pixels and conversion tracking.
Creating landing pages and customer journeys that support lead generation.
Setting up email campaigns, automated follow-ups and lead-nurture sequences.
Monitoring campaign performance and improving results through ongoing testing and optimisation.
Producing clear client reports that explain performance, results and recommended next steps.
Communicating directly with clients, understanding their objectives and managing expectations.
Keeping up to date with changes in digital marketing, advertising platforms, AI and emerging technology.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in several of the following areas:

Google Ads and paid-search campaign management.
Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
Microsoft/Bing Ads.
Social media content creation and account management.
Copywriting for adverts, landing pages, emails and social posts.
Marketing funnels, lead generation and conversion journeys.
Connecting and managing digital accounts and platforms.
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Email marketing and CRM systems.
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar content-creation tools.
Campaign reporting, optimisation and budget management.

You should also be:

Creative, organised and full of ideas.
Confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Able to analyse results and turn data into practical improvements.
Proactive and willing to take ownership of your work.
Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing supports business growth.
Keen to develop your skills and grow with the company.
