As we continue to grow across Manchester, Liverpool, and London, we are looking for an experienced, senior Medical Aesthetician to join our Liverpool clinic, help maintain the consistently high clinical and patient experience standards our patients trust us for, and play a key role in developing our therapist service as the clinic grows.
The Opportunity
As Senior Medical Aesthetician, you will deliver a range of advanced, non-surgical skin and body treatments, including laser and body contouring, using energy-based devices to a high clinical standard. You will build genuine, long-term relationships with your patients — understanding their goals and taking ownership of their treatment journey over time, rather than delivering one-off appointments.
You will work autonomously in your day-to-day treatment delivery, maintaining an ongoing, two-way relationship of cross-referral with our medical practitioners. Alongside your own clinical work, you will play a senior role within the therapist team — supporting and helping develop other therapists as part of growing our therapist service at the Liverpool clinic. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Treatment Delivery
- Conducting thorough skin and body consultations and assessments
- Delivering laser treatments, advanced skin treatments and body contouring treatments
- Operating energy-based devices to an advanced standard, in line with clinical protocols and safety guidelines
- Working autonomously in the delivery of treatments, with ongoing cross-referral to and from medical practitioners on complex cases or where clinical escalation is required
- Recommending bespoke, medical-grade skincare regimes
- Educating patients on skin and body health, treatment options and homecare
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and treatment records
- Following all clinical governance, hygiene and safety protocols
Therapist Support & Service Development
- Supporting and mentoring other therapists as a senior, experienced point of reference within the clinic
- Contributing to the development and growth of the therapist service at the Liverpool clinic
- Sharing clinical knowledge and best practice to help raise standards across the therapist team
Patient Relationships & Brand
- Developing genuine, lasting relationships with patients, taking ownership of their journey across their lifetime of treatments with the clinic
- Supporting consultation conversion and treatment plan uptake
- Confidently recommending retail and skincare products where appropriate
- Representing the Dr Yusra brand at all times, both in clinic and in how you engage with patients
What We're Looking For
You'll bring proven, senior-level experience as a Medical Aesthetician, with advanced skills across laser, skin and body contouring treatments and confident, hands-on experience with energy-based devices.
You're likely to be:
- A qualified, experienced Senior Medical Aesthetician with a strong clinical track record
- Confident working autonomously, with experience maintaining ongoing, collaborative relationships with medical practitioners
- Comfortable supporting, mentoring or informally guiding other therapists
- Genuinely patient-focused, with a talent for building trusted, long-term relationships
- Commercially aware, with the confidence to support consultation conversion and retail recommendations
- Highly professional, with a polished, luxury approach to patient care and brand representation
Location & Package
- Based full time at our Liverpool clinic
- Competitive salary, reflecting seniority and dependent on experience
- Personal commission on treatment and retail sales as per clinic commission structure
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
