Overview

We are seeking a Machine Operator to hand link our socks. This role requires applicants who are organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, take pride in producing work to a high standard, and be motivated to achieve production targets. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential, along with a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Operate sock linking machinery efficiently and safely, adhering to production schedules.
Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.(Inspect finished socks for any defects or imperfections)
Meet daily production targets while maintaining excellent quality.
Set up equipment. Monitor machine performance, making adjustments if necessary to maintain quality standards.
Handle materials and tooling with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation.
Document production data accurately and report any irregularities or faults to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols at all times, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Work effectively as part of a team
