Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Location: Liverpool Arms
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on experience)

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the team at the Liverpool Arms. If you take pride in producing quality dishes, thrive in a busy kitchen, and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Running your own section and ensuring consistently high standards.
Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and reducing food waste.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
Passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
