We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance / Handyperson to join our team. The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay : Dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out snagging, repairs and general maintenance on hire fleet units and caravan sales stock.
- Undertake carpentry work & basic plumbing.
- Assist with the construction, installation of caravan decking.
- Ensure maintenance issues reported to Reception are attended to promptly and efficiently.
- Undertake the maintenance and upkeep of public facilities, including the swimming pool and complex buildings.
- Assist with general grounds and site maintenance to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the park.
- Identify faults and implement effective solutions to maintenance-related issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety compliance requirements.
Essential Requirements
- A valid full UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous experience in maintenance, carpentry, joinery or a general handyman role is desirable.
- Experience constructing or assisting with the installation of caravan decking or similar timber structures would be advantageous.
