About us
We are a family run bespoke building & joinery company looking for someone to join the office team. You would be working in our office along side the directors & designer to complete any correspondance between us, customers & suppliers along with business admin and input into quickbooks.

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Admin / Bookeeper to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisation skills and a solid understanding of office admin & quickbooks procedures. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our office, supporting directors, and enhancing overall organisation.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records and oversee clerical duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Utilise QuickBooks for financial management and bookkeeping tasks.
Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
