Full job description

Allowance: Food and reasonable travel expenses provided

Mother’s Touch Care Limited, a CQC-rated Good domiciliary care provider, is looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing & Website Design Intern to support the organisation’s online presence and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
Design posters, reels, stories and promotional materials.
Plan and schedule social media posts.
Support social media marketing and advertising campaigns.
Improve website content, appearance and user experience.
Apply SEO techniques to improve Google rankings and local visibility.
Help promote Mother’s Touch Care services across Barking, Dagenham and surrounding areas.
Monitor social media engagement and website performance.
Maintain a professional and consistent brand image.
Assist with community-event and recruitment campaigns.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate should have:

Good knowledge of social media marketing, including Instagram and Facebook.
Understanding of SEO, SMM/SMA and digital marketing.
Basic website design or website-management experience.
Experience using Canva or similar design software.
Ability to create engaging written and visual content.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Creativity, initiative and attention to detail.
An interest in healthcare, social care or community services.

Students, recent graduates and candidates seeking practical digital marketing experience are welcome to apply. A portfolio or examples of previous work would be an advantage.
