Full job description

About the Role:
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Property Inventory Clerk to join our team on a self-employed basis. You’ll be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing detailed inventory reports, and helping us maintain high standards of service for our clients.

This is a flexible opportunity that’s perfect for someone looking to manage their own time and workload while earning on a per-job basis.

You will be conducting inspections across London and surrounding areas. You will also MUST be able to conduct mid term inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough property inspections (check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections).
Record detailed inventories, including furnishings, fixtures, fittings, and property conditions.
Produce clear, accurate, and professional reports using provided templates and software.
Communicate effectively with clients, landlords, and tenants as required.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Must be able to travel to Hertfordshire & Essex locations
Must have experience as an inventory clerk
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Access to your own vehicle and a full, clean driving licence (travel to properties required).
Basic IT skills – experience using inventory software is an advantage (training provided if needed).
A smartphone or tablet for report documentation.
