Join Our Team as a Cover French Teacher in London!

Are you passionate about teaching French and inspiring young minds? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic French Teacher to join our team in London. If you have a love for the French language and culture and enjoy working with students, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: French Teacher

Location: Multiple locations

Salary: £140-£160 per day

Hours: This is a cover position, we work in schools Monday to Friday from 8.30-4.30, your availability will also be discussed at interview

About Us:

LSC are a team of subject specialists who support primary schools across the UK with PPA cover. Our team of educators are dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment for our students.

Role Overview:

As a French Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective French lessons to KS1 and KS2 students. You will create a positive learning atmosphere, encourage student participation, and help students develop their language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
Teaching: Deliver dynamic and interactive French lessons that inspire and motivate students.
Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall success.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.

What we are looking for…

Qualifications:

Degree in French or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (desirable)

Experience:

2 years experience teaching French in UK primary schools
Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.

Skills and Attributes:

Strong knowledge of the French language and culture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Passion for teaching and inspiring students.
Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
