We are looking for someone like you. We’re currently recruiting for Transport Administrator to be based at our customer site in Ilkeston, Derbyshire for our transport operations . You will be working across a Monday – Friday - 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:00pm.
Previous transport experience is desirable but is not essential. Previous administrative experience would be advantageous, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Processing carrier and transport orders

General data entry and system updates

Scanning documentation and filing accurately

Searching for and managing PODs (Proof of Delivery)

Handling email and telephone queries from customers and carriers

Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administrative tasks
What you need to succeed at XPO

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Confidence using basic IT systems

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
