Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and wellness, delivering exceptional nail services while providing outstanding guest experiences. The Nail Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of nail treatments, maintaining high hygiene standards, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Duties

Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products.
Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, and processing payments.
Assist with guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any concerns promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty therapy role.
Certification or qualification in nail technology or related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments.
