Personal Trainer — Self-Employed

Voltage Fitness | Performance-Based Opportunity

Voltage Fitness is looking for a motivated, ambitious and professional Personal Trainer to join our team on a self-employed, performance-based basis.

This is an opportunity for a PT who wants to build their own client base, develop professionally and earn based on their performance. Potential earnings are up to £40,000 per year, depending on client numbers, performance and commitment.

The Role

As a Personal Trainer at Voltage Fitness, you will be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality personal training sessions
Supporting clients to achieve their fitness and performance goals
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Developing and growing your own client base
Supporting gym marketing and promotional activities
Maintaining a professional and positive gym environment
Helping with the general cleaning, organisation and tidiness of the facility
Working collaboratively with the Voltage Fitness team

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong fitness and training knowledge
Previous gym or personal training experience
Good understanding of marketing and client acquisition
Excellent communication and people skills
A professional, hardworking and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong motivation to grow and develop within the fitness industry
Willingness to contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the gym
