Job Summary

Join our vibrant leisure facility as a Leisure Club Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our members and guests. This dynamic role combines management of front desk operations with delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages members to enjoy their leisure experience to the fullest. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations and fostering a positive environment for all.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and assistance with inquiries.
Manage front desk activities, including check-ins, reservations, and membership registrations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a professional appearance.
Support management with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating member records.
Assist in coordinating leisure club activities, events, and facility bookings to enhance member engagement.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any issues or incidents promptly to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably within a leisure or wellness environment.
Strong management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members.
Demonstrated knowledge of guest services principles and practices.
Ability to remain energetic, positive, and proactive while managing multiple responsibilities.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with reservation systems and Microsoft Office tools.
