Full job description

Brady Harvey Legal is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to work on private law family matters for both legally aided and privately paying clients. This role is for our client in Central Milton Keynes.

We are looking for someone with experience working on the following:

Divorce applications
Financial remedy applications
Child arrangement applications

Responsibilities:

Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents related to family law cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, such as C100 and Form A.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client needs.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and maintaining communication throughout the legal process.
Organise and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships and identifying potential new clients.

The successful person will have the following characteristics:

Strong academic background
Strong writing, research, and speaking skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Strong IT skills
Good business development skills
Enjoy working as part of a team and on your own
