The Role

We're seeking a performance driven and enthusiastic Digital Experience Designer (UX/UI Focus) to join our growing team and expanding service offering. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user journey across a variety of digital platforms, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences that align with our client's business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, web applications, and other digital products.
Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, and clients to translate concepts into functional and impactful designs.
Utilise data and analytics to optimise user experience and drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our design processes and standards.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in UX/UI design, ideally within an agency environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and accessibility principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A proactive and problem solving mindset.
Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
