Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team in a full-time role combining digital marketing, creative work and business administration.

This is a varied position suited to someone who is confident working digitally, has a strong eye for presentation and design, and is also comfortable supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy business.

A key part of the role will be helping us improve how our products are presented and marketed online, alongside assisting with customer service, invoicing, inventory management and general business administration.

Essential Skills & Experience
The successful candidate should have strong practical experience with:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Graphic design and digital image editing
Microsoft Excel – intermediate to advanced level
Microsoft Office

Strong Adobe skills are essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is already confident using Photoshop and Illustrator in a professional or commercial setting and who can produce high-quality, polished visual content with minimal supervision.

Digital Marketing & Creative Responsibilities
The role will include:

Creating, editing and optimising product imagery
Image processing, retouching and colour correction
Preparing graphics and visual assets for online use
Creating and improving product presentation
Producing digital marketing and promotional content
Assisting with packaging, labels and other graphic design requirements
Supporting the development and launch of new products
Maintaining a consistent and professional visual standard across our product range

Administration Responsibilities
The role will also include:

Customer service support
Processing invoices and other business documentation
Inventory management
Maintaining spreadsheets and business records
Data entry and general administration
Supporting the day-to-day running of the business

Experience & Training
Full training can be provided for the administrative and operational aspects of the role, so previous experience in every administrative area is not essential.

However, candidates must already have strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills, together with a good understanding of graphic design and digital image preparation.A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also essential, and candidates should be confident using Excel beyond a basic level.

The ideal candidate will be creative, organised, technically confident and highly attentive to detail, with the ability to move comfortably between creative projects and administrative tasks.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
